To celebrate this mushroom, aix&terra has created a recipe with Provence flavours! Morel is mixed with cream, which brings a smoothness, linked to a Côte de Provence, which for its part, enhances the preparation thanks to its sifted notes. Rich in potassium and vitamins, morel is one of the « healthy » foods.
