Cream with powerful flavors, unctuous and slightly sweet, with the texture of a béarnaise. Garlic is one of the essentials in the kitchen. Sold individually or in a braid, it enhances the taste of your preparations thanks to its natural flavors. Julien Allano and Marina Alibert had the idea to associate it with the summer truffle of Provence. The garlic of the Drôme is blanched several times to obtain the softer taste, then cooked in the cauldron with cream. The summer truffle, tuber aestivum grown in Provence, is finely chopped and then mixed with the preparation. Everything together of this mixture allows you to have a unique, balanced and very tasty product.
How to use it ?
