This artichoke dip with truffle is absolutely delicious on toast with a drink !
The luxury artichonade reinterpreted and embellished with winter truffles and summer truffles from Provence. The artichoke is one of the oldest vegetables grown in France. Green or purple, it gives its name to recipes typical of the south, such as artichonade or artichokes in the barigoule. In this unique recipe, artichoke hearts are cooked with herbs from Provence, as well as a blend of winter truffles Tuber Melanosporum (60%) and summer truffles (40%). The cream is mixed a bit to keep all its "chews", in order to have a creamy texture like the great chefs do.
How to use it ?
This artichoke cream with truffle is delicious on toast as an aperitif! The cream also accompanies farfadelles or deliciously garnishes cannelloni. At the table aix&terra, it is particularly cooked in cannelloni or ravioli of the Drôme, just delicious!
