Recipe idea : Beef carpaccio & black truffle olive oil

Ingredients for 4 people : • 720g beef carpaccio • 40g parmesan shavings • 20ml black truffle olive oil • Salt pepper.
Place the slices of carpaccio in a large plate.
Add some salt and pepper and a drizzle of Black truffle olive oil.
Sprinkle with parmesan shavings.
