Recipe idea  : Big Niçoise salad revisited with organic black tapenade

Ingredients for 4 people : Baby leaf salads • 160g tuna • 20 anchovy filets • 140g green beans • 20 cherry tomatoes • 200g organic black tapenade • 4 hard-boiled eggs • 4 slices of bread • olive oil with pgi garlic from Drôme • Tomatoes and basil vinegar • Salt from Camargue.

Place the salad in the center of the plate and add the tuna, green beans, anchovies (5 per plate), cherry tomatoes (5 per plate) cut in half and hard-boiled egg cut in 4.

Prepare the vinaigrette by mixing 3 tablespoons of Olive organic oil with PGI garlic from Drôme with 3 tablespoons of Vinegar, tomatoes and basil.

Season the prepared salad and add some salt.

Toast the slices of bread and spread them with organic black tapenade, cut the slices into 3 parts.

Place the bread slices over the center of the plate and serve.
