Recipe idea : Black & White terrine

Ingredients for 4 people : • 200g fresh goat cheese • 100g thick creme fraiche or mascarpone • 80g olive jam • 5cl olive oil • Salt - pepper.
Oil a small oval terrine dish and line it with cling film.
Whisk the goat cheese with the cream or mascarpone and add a dash of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour a layer of prepared cream into the bottom of the terrine then place Olives jam then cover with another layer of the goat cheese cream.
Cover the top of the terrine with cling film and freeze for at least 2 hours.
Remove the terrine from the freezer 15 minutes before serving
