Recipe idea  : Burrata artichoke dip & green tapenade

Ingredients for 4 people : • 2 burrata • 100g of organic artichoke dip • 20g organic green tapenade • 20ml organic Olive oil with basil • Cherry tomatoes • Toasted bread croutons • Arugula salad • Salt pepper.

Cut bread into small cubes that you will grill in a preheated oven at 180°C for 2 to 3 minutes.

Leave to cool. Place 25g of organic artichoke dip in the center of the plate, put above a half burrata on top and add a small spoon of organic green tapenade forming a quenelle.

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and put them all around the burrata, with bread croutons and arugula.

Season with salt and pepper and add a thin drizzle of organic olive oil with basil.

aix&terra's tip: You can replace organic green tapenade with organic black tapenade or sundried tomatoes spread!
