Recipe idea : Cod filet, fresh vegetables & organic hummus with red peppe

Ingredients for 4 people : • 4 cod filets • 120g organic hummus with red pepper • organic Olive oil with lemon • 400g zucchini • 200g romanesco cabbage • 200g carrots • 40ml lemon juice and zests • Chives
Mix some lemon juice with Olive oil with lemon.
Cut vegetables in “julienne” way, romanesco cabbage into small quarters and mix all with the marinade. Keep in a fridge.
Preheat the oven at 180°C.
Bake the cod with a drizzle of the olive oil with lemon, some pepper and salt for 8 minutes.
Place the marinated vegetables into your plate, as well as two quenelles of organic Hummus with red pepper.
Add the cod filet on which you pour a drizzle of organic olive oil with lemon, some lemon zests and chopped chives.
