Recipe idea  : Lemond curd mousse

Ingredients for 4 people : 720g lemond curd, 50g liquid cream 35%.

Whip the liquid cream with 100g of Lemond curd in a blender, until you get a mousse.

Put 30g of lemon curd on the bottom of a glass jar and add 120g of the preparerd mousse.
