Recipe idea : Vanilled tart with pear, chocolate and chesnut spread

Ingredients for 4 people : 60gr poached pears • 25cl liquid cream 35% • 2 yellows of egg • 1/4 vanilla bean • 50gr sugar • 25gr flour • 160gr chocolate and chestnut spread • 1 shortcrust pastry.
Heat the liquid cream with vanilla until boiling.
Beat the yellows of egg with the sugar and add gradually the flour, then pour slightly the cream on your preparation.
Remove it into the saucepan over the heat and make it thicker while stirring gently for 10 minutes.
Remove and leave to cool. Bake your tartlets at 180°C for 10-15 minutes.
Take the cold tartlets and put the vanilla cream on the bottom, then add pear cut into slices above the cream and place the chocolate and chestnut spread with the pastry bag.
