Delicious on a shortbread, a tart or even better ... with a spoon! This is not the traditional “Lemon Curd”, this is lighter and not so sweet. As if you eat the French lemon tart without the paste! The aix & terra lemon cream is prepared with fresh ingredients: butter, cream, eggs and freshly squeezed lemon juice. This mixture makes it possible to obtain a smooth and acidulous cream. It's lemon tart on a spoon!

How to use it ?

The French lemon curd is delicious on a croissant, a pancake, a waffle, as a garnish of macaroons, as an accompaniment to the fresh cottage cheese or simply, on a spoon!

Recipe ideas : she can replace the whipped cream in the choux bun, spread on shortbread biscuit for tea time or stuff a lemon meringue tart.
