Elaborated in the Alpes de Haute Provence, acacia honey is mixed with black truffle, finely chopped to sublimate the taste of this subtle blend.

How to use it ?

At once lively and unctuous, this truffle honey is extraordinary on a Vercors blue, a tomme of sheep or a toasted bread. It also accompanies white poultry and duck breast.
