Made traditional in our factory, this mix sweet and sour is characterized by sweet and sensual flavors. A jam which give peps to your Provencal plates!

It perfectly with cheese (goat, sheeps) and roasted meats. And why couldn’t we add it in our tomatoes and mozzarella?
