Having its origins in Marseille, the tapenade is the base your aperitif à la Provençale, with a glass of rosé! The aix & terra green tapenade is the perfect match of green olives, pitted and finely chopped, with capers, anchovies and herbs from Provence. The union of these ingredients allows to have a mild and rich taste at the same time.
How to use it ?
Simply on a tartine as an aperitif or to accompany your raw vegetables. You can also use it in the preparation of dishes, for example to make a pock filet mignon with tapenade or a veal cassolette with 2 tapenades.
Recipe idea: mousse of fresh goat’s cheese with its green tapenade’s heart.
