Having its origins in Marseille, the tapenade is the base of your aperitif à la Provençale, with a glass of rosé! Aix&terra carefully selects its olives from local producers, in the great Provence region. The black tapenade is the perfect match of black olives, savored of Provençal sun, pitted and finely chopped, with capers, anchovies and herbs from Provence. The union of these ingredients allows to have a mild and rich taste at the same time.
How to use it ?
Simply on a tartine as an aperitif or to accompany your raw vegetables. You can also use it in the preparation of dishes, for example to make a pock filet mignon with tapenade or a veal cassolette with 2 tapenades.
