You will not resist to this light spread, very fresh in the mouth. The artichoke is one of the oldest vegetables grown in France. Green or purple, it gives its name to recipes typical of the south, such as artichonade or artichokes in the barigoule. Aix & terra has therefore decided to make it as one of its classical recipes! In this unique recipe, the sweet taste of artichoke hearts is enhanced by a hint of mustard and lemon juice. The cream is softly mixed to keep all its "chews", a textured creaminess like the great chefs..

How to use it ?

You can definitely use it for a convivial aperitif. The cream also accompanies fresh pasta or garnishes deliciously your cannelloni in the oven.
