The typical recipe of the Mediterranean!

Sardinade – The sardines dip is the first typical "sea" recipe from the aix & terra brand. The sardine is first deboned by hand at the Manufacture, and then mixed with natural ingredients without dyes or preservatives.

The powerful flavor of the Mediterranean sardine is softened thanks to the crème fraiche and the candied lemon brings freshness to the recipe, with a final touch of garlic and parsley.

It is a recipe that always respects the intense taste of the ingredients and that goes very well as an aperitif. Why not use it as a base for your quiche or pie?

How to use it ?

This spreadable cream can be enjoyed on a toast for an aperitif, in a verrine, as an accompaniment to vegetables with a glass of Condrieu white wine or a Côtes-du-Luberon organic wine, from Château la Verrerie for example.*

Recipe idea: Julien Allano, the Michelin stared “godfather” of the Manufacture, recommends the sardines dip on a lettuce heart with a little bit of lemon!
